Our signature class will take you through a quick warm up, followed by 3 minute intervals of bag work, pad work, and core exercises, designed to balance high intensity, low intensity, muscle toning, and agility for a total body workout that keeps you engaged and leaves you exhilarated with throwback tunes and a friendly environment that welcomes all levels of experience. 

  • Duration: 1 hour

    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 6 to 7 pm
    Saturday morning from 9 to 10 am

    $20 for drop-in
    $150 for monthly unlimited
