Youth Program
Kids on Martha's Vineyard need a place to move that isn't a screen. Strong Martha's youth program mixes games, coordination, and age-right strength—plus seasonal kids boxing for older ages.

What Kids Actually Do Here
Ages 5–9 train with movement, games, and simple strength work scaled to each child. For ages 9–14, we also run seasonal kids boxing blocks—six classes over six weeks, one class per week.
Coaches keep it structured and welcoming. New movers and already-active kids belong in the same room.
